At Our Lady of All Nations we strive to make your entire experience a positive one. We do not offer refunds but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Our Lady of All Nations jewelry please let us know within 10 days of purchase for a credit towards another piece within our collection.

Repairs

Should your piece of Our Lady of All Nations jewelry ever need repairs send us an email at Designer@OurLadyOAN.com and we will do everything possible to fix it for you!

Shipping

I do my best to send out your order within 1-2 weeks of purchase date. If there are any issues sending out your order, I will contact you immediately.

Please note that all of our jewelry is made by hand and custom work can take longer than 2 weeks. I will let you know the expected timeline at time of purchase. Thank you for your patience.
